We look forward to celebrating many happy occasions with all of you over the coming years. To donate to the ECDP Simcha Fund, simply notify webmaster@ecdp.info information about your simcha for listing in the weekly announcements and the amount of your donation.

SAVE THE DATE: The UJA-Federation Tov B’ Yachad Supplies for Success will take place once again on Sunday, August 10, 2014 at the South Shore Yeshiva gym. Participation in this mitzvah is very important. Last year, UJA-Federation provided filled backpacks to more than 5,000 disadvantaged children. The backpacks were distributed through UJA-Federation beneficiary agencies, schools, yeshivas and other local organizations. This past year close to 500 backpacks were distributed in the Five Towns and local communities. More details to follow.

IDENTIFICATION FOR CHILDREN: In light of the recent tragedy, parents should consider getting some form of ID for their children to carry with them at all times. Below is a link to one such website. Carrying ID is so important and quite inexpensive - starting at about $20. It is good to have on for Shabbat, biking, walking, running etc. when kids (or even adults) don't carry ID. May we only know simchas. http://www.roadid.com/Common/default.aspx
