This week's dvar torah will be delivered by Rabbi Zev Aeder, son in law of Aliza and Avi Gordon.

If you are interested in sponsoring the breakfast, please speak to Rabbi Schwalb.

On Simchat Torah, we held our annual "Atah Hareisa" appeal on behalf of our Shul. This appeal is critical in providing funds necessary for our shul to meet its annual expenses. Similar to other shuls, we cannot fund our expenses solely from shul dues and seat sales. Rather, we rely on the generosity of our members and supporters to help us plug the "deficit" through donations and appeals. We estimate the deficit is $200 per family.  Traditionally, our members have responded generously to our annual Ata Hareisa and it has become one of our most important fundraisers for our Shul. We ask that you consider this letter our "appeal" to you to contribute generously. We are striving for 100% participation from our shul family and we need your help regardless of the amount. If we do not hear from you, we will try to reach each and every family directly.
Please make a pledge by sending an email with your pledge amount to
FINANCE@ecdp.info, logging on to eitzchayim.shulcloud.com or dropping off a check in our Shul mailbox (located next to the Sprague Avenue entrance).
Thank you in advance for your generous support and we look forward to reaching greater heights and building off of the tremendous Yom Tov ruach. The Officers of ECDP
